Wysh is an online boutique selling handmade candles and Jesmonite home decorations created to add a splash of colour into your life. It is the perfect place to find handmade gifts and sustainably crafted items. 

How do I care for my items?

Decorated Candles:

• Put your candle in a tray when use to burn them.
• Place your candle on a flat surface and don't leave it unattended when lit.
• Trim your wick in the first burn and each burn.
• For a correct candle flame, let it burn for almost 2 hours.
• Keep candles far from children and pets.

Wooden Wick Candles:

• When you first light your candle, allow the melted wax to reach the edge of the vessel to prevent your wick from tunneling (should take 2-3 hours).
• Keep wicks trimmed to 0.6 cm before each burn to maintain a clean & even burn.
• (use a wick trimmer, scissors, or nail clipper).
• When your candle is finished, you may wash out the remaining wax with hot water and dish soap.
• Keep candles far from children and pets.
• I recommend using your vessel to store small items or to decorate your room.

Wax Melts:

• Remove from the package and place in warmer.
• Only use in tea-light warmers.
• Do not leave melter unattended while in use.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Instruction: DO NOT ADD WATER. DO NOT MELT ON STOVETOP OR ON NON-APPROVED APPLIANCES.
• USE ONLY IN WELL-VENTILATED AREAS AND AWAY FROM FLAMMABLE OBJECTS, MATERIALS, AND SURFACES.
• DO NOT EAT.

Jesmonite Items:

Jesmonite items are sealed and should be cleaned using a soft cloth and gentle soap. It is advised to clean harsh contaminants as soon as possible. 

None of our products are food, drink, dishwasher or microwave safe.

Processing times and shipping:

Shipping time is usually 5-7 days, this may be slightly longer in peak times.

What is Jesmonite?

Jesmonite is an eco-friendly alternative to resin. It is lightweight, water and fire resistant. All items are sealed with an acrylic sealer to protect from water and stain damage.
